Location: Newcomb Institute Office (3rd Floor, The Commons)
Position: Undergraduate Student Worker (Federal Work Study preferred but not mandatory)
Schedule: 8 -15 hours per week. Schedules will vary based on event calendar.
Students will work under the supervision of the Senior Events Coordinator at Newcomb Institute. In their role, they will be responsible for managing reservations requests including maintenance of all rentable spaces in the Commons, rental set up and break
down, and providing technical support for sound and display equipment. Event Services Team Members will also be required to monitor reservations and assist the professional staff with various projects and tasks as needed. Team members will also be required
to attend any mandatory trainings necessary for customer service skills, tech equipment, etc.
Salary: Hourly Student Rate - raises available to returning student workers at beginning of school year
