Welcome to the Tulane Meditation Club!
So there's this not-so-secret: our thoughts help create our reality!... AND we have the power and wisdom within us to have peaceful and positive thoughts. It may not come so easily sometimes, but whenever we practice calming our thoughts, we are greatly helping ourselves and all forms of life.
Meditation is a practice used to center the mind, relieve stress, ground our consciousness, and find joy within ourselves. Our purpose as a club is to create a safe, inclusive space to develop our meditative skills. We would love to co-create this community with everyone involved in order to take advantage of our unique talents and interests surrounding meditation. Peace and love to all <3
